Well, it's never too late to start running and joining Harri's Running Team could be the answer. 

I started this running group so that women of all ages could learn to run, and continue running, in a friendly and non-intimidating environment. 

So whatever your fitness goal, whether it’s taking those first tentative steps towards a healthier lifestyle, losing weight, or learning to run and train for your first race, this group is for you - and I’m here to help.
