I’m a REPS level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and I'm passionate about active and successful ageing.

Pilates is a total body workout programme that uses back and abdominal exercises to build strength. If you’re looking for a new way to work out that improves flexibility and strengthens your muscles, you might like to give it a try.

In simplest terms, Pilates lengthens and strengthens your core muscles, leading to increased strength, improved posture, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Fitness experts agree that Pilates is a perfect form of exercise for almost anyone. Although it doesn’t deliver a significant cardiovascular workout, its low impact nature makes it ideal for everyone.
